Ahead of International Women’s Day, Clarisse Magnin, Managing Partner of McKinsey & Company France, discussed her inspiring journey to Senior Managing Partner – overseeing McKinsey’s work in one of Europe’s major economies as a female leader.
Clarisse’s exceptional career led her to become the only female managing partner of the prominent consulting firm in Europe, in addition to being the only female leader ever appointed in France. Benefit from her unique perspective on the journey to Senior Managing Partner, often described as a “vibrant path of forward-looking leadership”. In addition to her stance on key economic trends, hear about her pioneering work on ESG alongside the McKinsey Global Institute (MGI) and some of the latest insights from Davos 2025.
Oxford Saïd Business School MBA alumnus and Christ Church Member Benoit Dubief (2022, MBA) joined Clarisse in the Nelson Mandela Auditorium for a Q&A session with the audience to discuss his experience at McKinsey London as well as Meta EMEA, and at SBS launching RightPick from Oxford – the AI-powered job search app matching top roles and talent worldwide in real time.
This special event was supported by Oxford Women in Leadership Alliance (OWLA) and Oxford Saïd's Career Development Centre and was open to the University of Oxford community. It was held at the Nelson Mandela Lecture Theatre, Saïd Business School.
