My wife Stella, and I, became a couple shortly before the 1972 Commemoration Ball, but were unable to attend as she had a following Finals paper to be ready for. This year's Ball has been an appropriate year to repair the omission, since we celebrate our Golden Wedding this summer. The golden theme of the 500th anniversary Ball was a perfect match and a splendid advance celebration!
