Today, Tuesday 26 March, the Cathedral continues its annual tradition of performing J.S. Bach's St John Passion as part of Holy Week devotions at Christ Church. The performance will begin at 7.30pm. As it is part of Passiontide worship and reflection, admission is free and open to all.
Under the baton of Helen Smee, the joint forces of the Cathedral Choir and Frideswide Voices will be joined by soloists Ben Davies (as Christus) and Will Anderson (as the Evangelist) and accompanied by the Wolsey Ensemble.
