Champagne Collection Vintage 2010 Brut by Nicolas Feuillatte: one of the Maison's best vintage champagnes. A great product, the result of a unique vintage, 2010. The nose reveals elegant notes of acacia honey, candied fruit and brioche, while the palate reveals a wine with a fine structure and equally good balance.
This Chablis is concentrated, complex and has an aromatic richness. On the nose, we find citrus, white fruit and most of all floral notes. When tasted, we were bowled over by its minerality, balance and freshness. It will pair really well with a seafood platter, oysters or cheese! A very desirable Chablis!
Château Calon-Ségur, the most northerly of all the Médoc Grand-Crus Classés, is the château with a heart on its label. That is because the former owner, Marquis de Ségur, though he owned such Estates as Lafite and Latour, he declared "My heart belongs to Calon"
