My name is Brett MacDonald, and I’m delighted to join Christ Church as the new Development and Alumni Events Officer. I’m originally from Pismo Beach, California – a small coastal town between San Francisco and Los Angeles. I completed my undergraduate studies in Business Administration and Theology & Religious Studies at Saint Mary’s College of California, and more recently completed graduate school at Duke University in North Carolina. My fiancé, Andrew, and I moved to Oxford in September as I began my role here and he started his DPhil in Theology at Mansfield College.

I’m very excited to be part of Christ Church and look forward to contributing to the mission of the House!
