Archie Inns (Music, 2021) won the 2023 Mendl-Schrama Prize in Music. The current Christ Church Cathedral Academical Clerk gave the Prize recital accompanying the award in January to a spellbound audience in the Holywell Music Room.

Sebastian Black (Music, 2014) returned to the House in January with the Smorgaschord Collective he co-directs with Eliza Millett.  In this concert - held in the Cathedral - they brought together an eclectic mix of music for piano and cello featuring music of Schumann, Janáček, and more unfamiliar gems.
